Peter B. Baltay, AIA, is both a Casita co-founder and the principal architect at Topos Architects.  He has over twenty-five years of experience in designing and building new and remodeled homes and swings a heavy toolbelt being an architect, structural engineer, and general contractor.  He also serves on the City of Palo Alto Architectural Review Board.

In his free time, Peter enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, and playing soccer.

Andy Martin is a Casita co-founder, consultant to Topos Architects, and Solutions Architect at Stanford University.  For over a decade, Andy has been helping clients to engineer smart home solutions that match budget, personal interests, and capabilities.  The universe of home automation is complex -- Andy makes it simple.

In his spare time, you’ll find Andy raising two kids, two cats, and a dog, enjoying a good beer, and sailing the Bay.

Kelvin is a Casita co-founder and owner of Kelvin Chua Architect.  

He brings 20 years of experience architecting and project managing the build-out of Bay Area residences.  In his Casita role, Kelvin will lead the design work and operations for the company.

When the weekend rolls in, you’ll find Kelvin heading out in his campervan to explore the great outdoors or looking for a new trail to hike.
